Mesclun

The word 'Mesclun' comes from France, where salads of young mixed greens have been popular since the 17th century. The name is derived from the Latin verb ‘miscere’ to mix or mingle. krispkut™ Mesclun is based on the distinctive flavours of Asian Brassicas (cabbage family) such as Japanese Mizuna and Mibuna, Chinese Tatsoi and Kale plus a piquant mix of Red Beet and Red Spinach. Seasonal variations may include addition of Rocket and Endive.
